Return and Refund Policy

At Fashionray, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Orders received after 14days can be returned in 3days after receiving.

Returns  
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fashionray075@gmail.com/+27 67 749 7494 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.  
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items  
Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.

NB:Unacceptable Disputes

We do not accept disputes under the following circumstances:

  1. The buyer simply does not like the product.  
  2.  The product description is claimed to be inaccurate without valid proof.  
  3.  The product has an unusual smell.  
  4.  The buyer ordered the wrong item or selected the wrong SKU.  
  5.  The shipping address provided was incorrect.  
  6.  Any product differences were already agreed upon before the order.  
  7.  Tracking information was deleted or lost by logistics companies or local post offices

NB:Orders can be canceled by submitting a dispute before shipment.
After an order has been shipped, if there are issues such as product quality problems, damaged products, or incorrect products, a refund or reshipment can be processed without the customer needing to return the item. For customer-initiated reasons such as incorrect size selection, wrong order placement, or disliking the product, we do not support unconditional refunds or reshipments; we only support returns for a refund, and the customer is responsible for logistics and other related costs.
